【作者プロフィール】
島田ヨシノリ（しまだ　よしのり）
アートディレクター＆グラフィックデザイナー
神奈川県出身　東京都在住 高校在学中、
劇団バジワークシアターに参加
「青ひげ公の城」「ジル・ド・レ」に出演 大学卒業後、
会社員、大工、工事現場の作業員等、
職業を転々としている時に グラフィックデザインの仕事に
携わったのをきっかけに その世界に惹かれ、
デザイン学校に入学 卒業後、
制作プロダクション勤務を経て
フリーランスのアートディレクター、
グラフィックデザイナーとして独立
モググワークス主宰、また喫茶「eleven」（東京・西荻窪）店主を経て
現在 雑誌、装丁、広告媒体を中心に活動中
2016年 個展「11次元」（東京・梅舎茶館）
「まぼろしばんち」という架空の街での物語の
一場面を描いた絵の作品群です。
ストーリーはあるようでないようなもの。

今回展示の作品の技法も、
前回の展示の作品と同じくリソグラフを採用しています。
リソグラフとは孔版印刷の一種で、
理想科学工業が1980年から販売している簡易印刷機の名称であり、 
印刷の原理や仕上がりはシルクスクリーンや版画に近い作り方です。

果てし無い時間の流れの中で、
梅舎茶館で作品を通してみなさんとお会いできることは
まるで奇跡のようです。 ほんのちょっとだけでも、
梅舎茶館とSATOKO SAITOのコラボを楽しんで、
何かを感じていただけたらとても嬉しいです。 
2017年3月に移動梅舎茶館in台湾に参加して、
個展をさせていただいた「鴉珈琲」は、
シックな黄色と黄緑色の内装がとても印象的なお店です。
その黄緑色にインスパイアされて、様々な色たちが私に舞い降りました。
そして台湾パワーに後押しされて、
「切り紙」から「ART」への旅が始まりました。
作品のモチーフになっているのは、宇宙の広がりや、
さまざまな生き物、細胞、微生物などダイナミックに存在する
「生命」です。 ふだん私たちはなんでも人間中心に考えてしまいますが、
実はこの星にちょっと住まわせてもらってるだけたくさんの「いのち」を育む美しい森や
川や海や空がこれ以上失われないことを祈りつつ、これからもこの旅を続けます。

【プロフィール】SATOKO SAITO
1955年横浜生まれ
1978年武蔵野美術大学造形学部視覚伝達デザイン学科卒。 卒業後、美術の講師、イラスト、PHP英文版などの編集デザインの仕事に従事。 結婚後静岡県へ。出産後は専業主婦となり、子どもを通して「命と食べもの」や「環境汚染」について深く考えるようになる。
1999年〜2003年 台北市に居住。剪紙（中国切り紙）の大家 李煥章老師（故人）に師事。 帰国後、公民館やカルチャーセンターなどで「中国切り紙」の講座を始める。
2005年 磐田市中央図書館にて「楽しい中国切り紙展」開催。
2008年 東京池袋にある中国茶のカフェ「梅舎茶館」で剪紙のワークショップを始める。 2009年 横浜の山手234番館にて個展「剪紙でHAPPYに しあわせを願う中国切り紙展」開催。
2015年 静岡県浜松市のギャラリー「まるまるわ」にて三人展開催。
2017年3月 「移動梅舎茶館in台湾」に参加、台北市の「鴉珈琲」にて個展開催。

It is very happy that we can meet through the art work at Meisha-chakan.
Please enjoy the collaborated works of Meisha-chakan & SATOKO SAITO.
I took part in ‘Meisha-chakan Mobile Exhibition (移動梅舎茶館)in Taiwan’ in March 2017.
 ‘Crow Cafe’, in which I held my personal showing,
is a fancy place decorated with chic colored interior of yellow and light green.
 That beautiful light green inspired me to bring an imagination of various colors.
 Thanks to the powerful energy of Taiwan,
 I set off the journey from ‘paper cutout’ toward ‘Art’.
 The theme of my work is cosmic expansion and dynamic
‘Life’that exists in all kinds of creatures,
even in cells and microorganisms.
Although humans tend to focus on ourselves,
actually we just borrow a small space to live on the earth.
 I will continue the journey for many years to come,
praying that we have no more loss of beautiful forests,
rivers, sea and sky, which nurture lots of precious lives.

Profile:SATOKO SAITO
1955 Born in Yokohama, Japan.
1978 Graduated Musashino Art University Visual Communication Design Course.
After graduation, worked as an art lecture, an illustrator, and one of a design editor of PHP publication of English version.
Moved to Shizuoka after marriage.
Had my children and then started to focus on ‘Life and Food’, also ‘Environmental pollution’
1999-2003 Settled in Taipei.
Studied Chinese paper cutout under the late grandmaster, Li Huanzhang.
Came back to Japan and held many courses of the paper cutout at community halls and culture centers.
2005 Exhibition‘Fun Art of Chinese paper cutout’ at Iwata central library.
2008 Started workshop at Chinese cafe ‘Meisha-chakan’ in Ikebukuro, Tokyo
2009 Exhibition ‘Desire happiness Chinese paper cutout’ at Bluff No.234 in Yokohama.
2015 Group Exhibition at Gallery Marumaruwa in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka

はじめまして！Nozomi Marubashiです。
私は今、日本の美術館でアルバイトをしながら、
絵を描くアーティストとして活動しています。
今回の展示会タイトル、 「 Pink of the world 」では、
私のテーマカラーである大好きなピンク色をふんだんに使っています。

2017年3月に台南で行われた個展では、
「A sanctuary.」と題して、
「聖域」をテーマに表現しました。
今回の個展では、再び東京に戻り制作したものを中心に展示しています。
絵の中には、花や蝶などの動物や昆虫が隠れているので、
是非近くでみて見つけて楽しんで頂けたら嬉しいです。
